Baile da Virada is a New Year’s Eve party in Portugal’s capital city, Lisbon.
Held at the famously scenic Pátio da Galé, the event’s organisers invite attendees to mark the end of the year in style with a glamorous celebration of a new year and new beginnings, all with a soundtrack of hip hop, baile funk and party classics.
Opened in 2011 following renovation, Pátio da Galé is an impressive events venue located on the former site of the Royal Palace.
